The mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Siouxland, Inc. is to help kids and families heal and keep kids healthy. This is accomplished through offering 3 core RMHC programs: the Ronald McDonald House, the RMHC Matching Grant Program and the RMHC Scholarship Program.
Our cornerstone program is the Ronald McDonald House. The purpose of the Ronald McDonald House is to provide a "home-away-from-home" for families of children (ages 21 and younger) who are receiving medical care in Siouxland.
If you are interested in staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Siouxland, please call us at (712) 255-4084 or have a medical professional call to refer you and your family.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Siouxland hosted "Denim to Diamonds in Paradise" Fall Fundraising Event on Friday, November 16, 2012.
The tropical theme transported over 250 guests to a tropical setting with great food, music and raffle and auction. There were 25 themed baskets to choose from for the raffle and 5 fantastic live auction items. The live auction items include a box of Chairman-Reserve steaks from Tyson Foods, a 55" inch HDTV donated by Jami Wankum, a diamond bracelet from Greenberg Jewelry, a custom-made Tiki Bar by Bart Connelly and a tropical trip to Ft. Myers, FL offered by Office Elements.
This fun-filled evening raised over $80,000! All proceeds will benefit the programs of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, whose mission is to improve the health of children.
